Προσέλκυση Ιδιωτικών Επενδύσεων: Δημιουργία ενός περιβάλλοντος που ενισχύει τη συμμετοχή ιδιωτικών κεφαλαίων για τη χρηματοδότηση της μετάβασης σε ένα βιώσιμο μέλλον. Οφέλη του Έργου Η υλοποίηση του Σχεδίου αναμένεται να φέρει σημαντικά αποτελέσματα για την πόλη και τους κατοίκους της: Βελτιωμένη Ποιότητα Ζωής: Ενίσχυση πράσινων υποδομών και μείωση της ρύπανσης. Το Παρατηρητήριο αποτελεί ένα πρωτοποριακό εργαλείο σχεδιασμένο για την παρακολούθηση, αξιολόγηση και ενίσχυση της πορείας των Δήμων της Πελοποννήσου προς την επίτευξη των 17 Στόχων Βιώσιμης Ανάπτυξης (ΣΒΑ) του ΟΗΕ. Στόχοι και Λειτουργία του Παρατηρητηρίου Καθιέρωση Κοινών Δεικτών: Δημιουργία ενός ενιαίου πλαισίου δεικτών, βασισμένου σε διεθνή πρότυπα, για την αποτύπωση της προόδου των Δήμων. Συνοχή Πολιτικών: Ευθυγράμμιση των δημοτικών πολιτικών και δράσεων με τους ΣΒΑ, προωθώντας συντονισμένες και ολοκληρωμένες παρεμβάσεις. Ενίσχυση Διακυβέρνησης: Υιοθέτηση συνεργατικών μεθόδων ηγεσίας, ενίσχυση της συμμετοχής των πολιτών και βελτίωση της διαφάνειας στη λήψη αποφάσεων. Προσαρμογή στην Κλιματική Αλλαγή: Υποστήριξη της περιοχής στην υιοθέτηση αποτελεσματικών πολιτικών προσαρμογής, σύμφωνα με τον Εθνικό Κλιματικό Νόμο. Οφέλη του Παρατηρητηρίου Το Παρατηρητήριο ενισχύει τη βιωσιμότητα και την ανθεκτικότητα της Πελοποννήσου: Κοινή Μεθοδολογία: Ανάπτυξη ενοποιημένου συστήματος για τη συλλογή δεδομένων και αξιολόγηση της προόδου των Δήμων. Ο Δήμος ανταποκρίθηκε στο κάλεσμα των Ηνωμένων Εθνών (ΟΗΕ) και γίνεται ο δεύτερος δήμος της χώρας που αναλαμβάνει Εθελοντική Τοπική Αναθεώρηση (VLR) των δράσεών του για την περίοδο 2020-2021. Με την έκδοση του VLR, ο Δήμος Αγίου Δημητρίου ευθυγραμμίζει τις πολιτικές του με τους 17 Στόχους Βιώσιμης Ανάπτυξης, μετρώντας τις επιδόσεις του και δημοσιεύοντας ποσοτικά και ποιοτικά δεδομένα. Ο δήμος της Σκιάθου επέλεξε να εξοπλίσει το κύριο λιμάνι του με Wi-Fi Spot και τώρα προσφέρει με υπερηφάνεια δωρεάν Wi-Fi υψηλής ταχύτητας σε πολίτες και τουρίστες.
